UMCOR FLOOD BUCKETS – Today we will be taking a special collection for Disaster Relief, there are special envelopes available when you enter the sanctuary. There are also directions for filling buckets on the Welcome Center if you would prefer to donate a clean-up kit instead of making a monetary donation. If

GRIEFSHARE will be hosting 2 different Support Group opportunities. GriefShare seminars and support groups are meant to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
“Loss of a Spouse” will be starting October 16th at 4:30-6:30pm, this is a one -time session.
“GriefShare” We will be starting our 13 week group session October 23rd at 4:30.
SARATOGA COUNTY OFFICE OF THE AGING is looking for drivers to delivers meals in the South Glens Falls area. There is a flyer above the welcome center with the information on it. They are in urgent need of help.
SOUP-ER SATURDAY is quickly approaching. We will have sign-up sheets on the welcome center for those of you interested in making soups for the event. We will have time available in the kitchen on Friday and early Saturday morning. We are looking for donations for raffle baskets. If you have a basket you’d like to put together or just items to donate please contact Laurie Passineau or Ronna in the office.
World Communion Sunday: Your generous gifts to World Communion Sunday fund graduate racial-ethnic World Communion Scholarships, with at least one-half of the annual amount reserved for ministries beyond the United States. Donations also provide for undergraduate U.S. Ethnic Scholarship and Ethnic In-Service Training.
